Dr. Steve Radke is the founder and Medical Director of Valley Aesthetics MD, bringing more than 20 years of clinical experience to every patient interaction. A graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, he is certified in Family Medicine, holds additional accreditation in Sport and Exercise Medicine, and is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. For 12 years, he served as Chief of Staff at Renfrew Victoria Hospital and supervised residents through the University of Ottawa’s Department of Family Medicine. That depth of clinical leadership informs everything about his approach to aesthetic care: thorough assessment, honest recommendations, and sound medical judgment in a field that demands it. Dr. Radke believes aesthetic medicine is most effective when it is conservative and individualized. He is just as comfortable advising against a treatment as recommending one, and his clients consistently appreciate his calm, unhurried manner and precise attention to detail. Amanda Vance is a Registered Practical Nurse and Clinical Aesthetic Specialist who has been part of the Valley Aesthetics MD team since 2019. She graduated from Algonquin College in 2008 and spent years in emergency, medical-surgical, dialysis, and palliative care at Renfrew Victoria Hospital and Bonnechere Manor. That clinical foundation gave her strong technical skills, sharp patient communication, and a genuine bedside manner that carries directly into aesthetic practice. Amanda transitioned into aesthetic medicine under the direct training and mentorship of Dr. Radke and specializes in microneedling, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, sclerotherapy for spider veins, and hyperhidrosis treatment. She has a particular passion for working with moms and busy women who are ready to carve out time for themselves. Her goal for every appointment is simple: clients should leave feeling informed, relaxed, and genuinely refreshed. Amanda’s approach is warm and reassuring, especially for clients who are nervous or new to aesthetic treatments.

Outside the clinic, Amanda is kept happily busy by three young boys, a full calendar of hockey rinks and baseball diamonds, and an old farmhouse renovation she and her husband are turning into a country homestead.
